Special note regarding the Covid-19 virus and uncertainly in our current world situation: A 30-day notice is necessary for cancellations. Since the equipment and course notebooks are purchased during the months preceding the date of the training, the total payment is credited in full for a future training.
A safe way to plan ahead is to just register with a $200 deposit and wait until closer to the training to pay the balance. I also honor any deposit paid toward credit on a future training, so nothing is lost. One can also sign up for trip insurance and check to make sure it covers workshop fees.
